You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide (including your date of birth) is true and accurate. We may suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe this is not the case.

You retain ownership of the content you post ("Your Content"). However:
The Service hosts content created by users. SnapVik does not routinely monitor content and is not responsible or liable for any user content, conduct, jobs, advertisements or communications. Any reliance you place on content posted by others is at your own risk. We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate or remove content, and doing so does not make us responsible for it.
The Service itself — including the SnapVik name, logo, design, software, text and graphics — is owned by SnapVik and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, remove or restrict any content, and suspend, limit or permanently terminate any account, for any reason, including suspected breach of these Terms, our Guidelines or the law, or to protect the Service, its users or SnapVik. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including clauses 5, 7, 9, 10 and 11) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate, lawful or suitable. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapVik, its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any user content. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory legal rights that these Terms cannot lawfully exclude.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SnapVik and its owners, employees and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page (with an updated date). Where changes are material we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect.
